BGaming Drops Frenzy promotion is available in this game and runs from April 1, 2025, 00:00 UTC to December 31, 2025, 23:59:59 UTC or until all prizes have been drawn.

By participating in a promotion (as defined below), you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Promotion: BGaming Drops Frenzy

The starting prize pool is 450,000 Euros.

• In addition to the guaranteed prize fund amount, the prize fund will increase with contributions from player subscriptions if there is activity.
• The main prize is 1000 euros.
• The number of prizes starts from 12 366 and will grow depending on the growth of players.
• The winnings are calculated in the currency of the open game or the currency exchange rate equal if possible. The currency exchange rate stays the same during the campaign.
• Prize payouts may be delayed up to 72 hours.

How to take part in the BGaming Drops Frenzy Promotion:

• The player must join in any of the promotion games.
• The player must subscribe to the promo and make an entry fee of 1 euro as a contribution to the prize fund.
• The player must make at least one spin.
• Any bet placed on any eligible game may result in a maximum of one random prize from the prize pool during the promotion period.
• The number of prizes that can be won, in addition to the guaranteed amount, increases according to players' activity.

BGaming Promotion Campaigns - Terms & Conditions

These are terms and conditions for participation in Promotion Campaigns (the “Promotion”) by BGaming operators (the “Operators”), whether offered directly or through a platform provider as a global promotion for BGaming games.

By participating in the Promotion, the Operator hereby agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. Additionally, these terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with, and the Promotion shall be subject to, the terms and conditions set out in the Gaming Software Licence Agreement entered into between BGaming’s legal entity and the Operator. Any capitalized terms contained herein that are not defined shall have the same meaning used in the gambling industry.

Promotion Campaigns by BGaming

Promotion campaigns by BGaming include but are not limited to ‘Drops by BGaming’, Tournaments, and any other promotion campaign introduced over time, which provides the prize pool to be distributed among Players.

As a result of participating in the promotion campaign, the Players (End Users) win the prizes provided by BGaming.

Payout of Prizes to Players

Prizes won by Players participating in Promotion campaigns are credited to the Players' accounts on the Operator's website, where the Player played the games involved in the Promotion.

2.1. Automatic Payout of Prizes

In automatic payouts, the prize amount is automatically transferred to the Players’ cash balance in their account. BGaming conducts the automatic payouts through the transaction of winnings in the game ‘BGaming Jackpot’. This game is not available to Players but serves as a technical instrument for crediting winnings to Players' cash balances.

The casino operator is fully responsible for awarding prizes to players without a wagering requirement. In the event of awarding a prize with a wagering requirement, the operator is obliged to compensate for all possible losses incurred by the player.

2.2. Manual Payout of Prizes

If the prize amount has not been credited automatically due to technical issues or for any other reasons, or if the automatic transfer was not implemented in the first place, the prize amount shall be manually credited to the Player account in the following way.

The BGaming account manager shares the information regarding the prize amount and the Player’s ID with the Operator, on whose website the Player played and won the prize. The prize amount is then transferred to the Player's cash balance in their Operator account.

Responsibility for Legality and KYC

3.1. The Operator holds the responsibility to ensure the legality of winnings and adhere to KYC procedures for Players participating in promotion campaigns.

3.2. The Operator is also obligated to conduct essential KYC checks for Players involved in promotion campaigns, aligning with relevant legal regulations.

BGaming reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any Promotion Campaign, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players who have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.
